easier for you than submitting vendor payment requests by email to the Acumen
vendor team?
Yes!
The new electronic vendor payment process is so helpful! It’s also easy to
attach the invoice. I believe this new option will help all EORs become more
comfortable with the DCI portal and, as a result, make services run more
efficiently for all of our loved ones receiving waivered services!
Did it reduce errors and decrease the back-and-forth emails with
correction requests?
Yes, it reduces the rate of errors and helps the vendors get paid in a
more timely manner.
Did you receive training on this new vendor payment option?
Yes, these training videos can be found on the DCI portal. It’s important to attend or review one of the Acumen trainings on how the process works so the steps are clear. Thanks to Acumen and DDS for continually looking for ways to improve the process.
